Where has the last term gone?  It seems only yesterday that we were celebrating the achievements of our magnificent Year 13 and Year 11 students.  Since the start of the new academic year everyone connected with school have been working diligently to provide the very best opportunities for our students.  The expectations and aspirations of our students have been raised and it is important that we continue to embrace our ‘Proud to be Wrenn’ values, all the way up to the Christmas holidays.

We have a variety of events that we would like your support with over the next two weeks:-

Further information on events at Wrenn Academy can be found on our website:

We would like to welcome our new staff starting in January 2018, Miss Scott who will be teaching Mathematics and Miss Carr who will be joining the Senior Leadership Team as Director of Mathematics.  Last month we welcomed Mrs Jeffs who has joined us as our new Cover Supervisor.

I would like to wish you all an extremely happy and thoughtful Christmas with your family and friends.  It is a time where our ‘respect others’ value really shines, where we have an opportunity to think of others before ourselves.

On behalf of all at Wrenn Academy, I would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.

Yours faithfully

Steve Elliott
