On the 24th November we were awarded Sportsmark.  This was awarded to us on behalf of the Youth Sports Trust and the Wellingborough and East Northants School Sports Partnership.

'This award is recognition of the hard work and commitment of your staff...' Jenny Furlong, PDM Manor School and Sports College.

This award is given to schools who offer their pupils opportunities, above the national average, in out of school hours learning, intra and inter school competitions, and offering a full and comprehensive Core Physical Education Curriculum.

We are very proud of the award of Sportsmark, and are continuing to look at ways to improve our provision further.  I cannot thank the Physical Education Department and Associate Staff enough for the extra work they put in for the benefit of our pupils, they really are a credit to the school, and they should be immensley pleased that their efforts have been recognised nationally.
